Thai food in the southern part is a mostly hot
and chili flavor! Some popular dishes like Tom
Yam Kung (spice shrimp soup), Keng Som (yellow
curry) and Nam Prik (shrimp paste and chili)
would be given a strong spicy and sharp-tongued
of taste.
Southern part is a land with a sea press on
two sides (Andaman and Thai Gulf), then here
is a perfect place for eating variety fresh
seafood. A wonderful seafood menu could be served
easily, or you could choose the raw one for
cooking by yourself at several restaurants.

In addition, southern cuisine
often used coconut milk as main ingredient for
their curry and for Kha Nom Jean Nam Ya, the local
favorite one. People here do not pay much attention
for decorative, but surely that their unique cooking
methods and all ingredients they put would be
perfectly and rich of tastes, sweet, sour, salty,
hot and spicy that you will never forget if you
have once chance to try the original one.
